bret is back with the interview. it sits down in its entirety at 7:00 here on wusa9.com. >>> until a few weeks ago, he was alexandria's police chief. right now david baker is headed for a five day stay in jail for drunk driving. bruce leshan reports the judge gave the former chief a few hours to get his things in order before plead guilty this morning. >> reporter: from the heights of power to the depths of jail. he handed him the minimum of five days behind bars after he slammed in to another driver last month at i-66 and north fairfax drive. the officer, who arrested the former alexandria my police chief said he wreaked of alcohol and that while he said he had just two beers he failed four sobriety tests and blew a .19. nearly two and a halftimes the legal limit. >> he used bad judgment, drank too much, got behind the wheel of a car and he has paid what i think is a disproportionate price for it. >> reporter: his virginia driving privileges are suspended, resigned as police chief and will have to pay a $300 fine. h
